Home delivery is between 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Not around? Just leave a cooler out.
Cut-off time for making online orders is 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday for home delivery that day.
Home delivery is free for orders of $10 or more. There is a $1 service charge for orders less than $10.
We deliver anywhere in the Town of Smithers, as well as other nearby neighbourhoods (see the map in the FAQ for the full delivery area).
Pickup is at the outdoor Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market in Smithers, Saturday between 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to order online?
No! You are welcome to stop by our stall at the Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market to shop in person. We accept cash, debit and credit at the market (there are no fees for in-person card transactions).
Do I need to create an account to order online?
No, you don’t need an account to order online. You can simply pay by credit card.
Is there a fee for home delivery or pickup orders?
Home delivery is free, and making a pickup order is free, for orders of $10 or more.
There is a $1 service charge for delivery and pickup orders less than $10.
Where is delivery available?
We deliver anywhere within the Town of Smithers, and also to most households on the west side of the Bulkley River between Seymour Lake Road to the south, and Raceway Road to the north. If your house is within the shaded delivery area on the map, then we will deliver to you.


When is delivery?
Delivery is between 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
What if I’m not home or can’t come to the door at the time of delivery?
If you are not home or don’t want to be disturbed during the delivery period, just leave a cooler in a visible spot near your door, and we will place your order in the cooler. If we don’t see a cooler, then we’ll knock on your door.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order amount.
How do I pick up a pickup order?
Pickup is at the Grouse House Farm stall at the outdoor Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market, at the corner of Highway 16 and Main Street in Smithers. We do not offer on-farm pickup.
All you need to do is show up, give us your name, and we will provide you with your pickup order.
When do I pick up a pickup order?
The Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market operates on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
When the outdoor farmers’ market is closed for the season, we do not offer pickup orders (the pickup option will be disabled in the online store).
Delivery Area
What is the cut-off time to make an order?
Orders for home delivery must be placed before 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday for delivery later that day. Delivery orders placed after that time will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Orders for pickup must be placed before 7:00 a.m. on Friday to be available for pickup at the next day’s farmers’ market. Pickup orders placed after that time will be available for pickup at the following week’s farmers’ market.
How do I know if a product is available?
If you can see the product in the online farm store, and it does not say “sold out”, then it is available.
If a product says “sold out”, that usually means the crop is still in season and we expect to have more ready soon. Crops that are not in season won’t be listed in the online farm store.
The online store will be disabled during the off-season, when Grouse House Farm is closed.
What if there's a problem with my order?
If there’s a problem with your order, just email gavin@grousehousefarm.com and we’ll sort it out. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we'll offer a replacement or a refund.
